Flint Hyde has been an invaluable partner to our global organization. Pon.Bike Performance, a
cluster of bicycle companies under Pon Holdings, is widely known for Santa Cruz Bicycles and Cervelo
Cycles. As part of our strategic efforts to manufacturer premium bikes in Europe and Asia, one of the
biggest challenges is finding local talent. Culture fit and a passion for results are common
requirements at any company, but it’s a challenge to bring premium talent into multiple countries
across a variety of disciplines. Flint Hyde has not only risen and consistently delivered on their
promise, they have and will continue to be a valuable partner as our preferred International Search
Firm. Jonathan and his team have been phenomenal in hiring talent across multiple functions,
including Commercial, Operations and Shared Services Support (HR). Not only is Flint Hyde efficient,
they are superb at identifying driven professionals who deliver results and possess all the nuanced
culture requirements that mean everything in our organization. We have a talented Recruiting Team
in the United States, but when it comes to Market Leaders, Directors and Senior Leaders abroad,
Flint Hyde provides expertise where we have gaps. On top of all of that, they’re great to work with
and oftentimes I forget we are clients and they are our Search Consultants because they deliver
immense value and high touch service you’d expect from a dear friend or family member. If you ever
have challenges with International Staffing for Leaders, regardless of industry or function, I’d highly
recommend Flint Hyde.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-2267","testimonial","type-testimonial","status-publish","hentry"],"blocksy_meta":[],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"\n
